We know you can’t avoid all interruptions all the time, but you can schedule blocks of time to work uninterrupted on your daily projects. For example, if you block off two hours a day on your calendar where you can work without interruption, you’ll give yourself a chance to do meaningful work. And to avoid going back to busy work during that time frame, including the type of delegated work in the calendar details.
