Remember the Statue of Liberty public health and safety campaign masked during COVID? Its creators are public service, non-profit, advertising and marketing gurus sherry mathews — is looking to sell the SoHo condo at 40 Mercer for $8.49 million after buying it in February for $7.8 million.
The high-profile building in the heart of Soho, built in 2005, was designed by hotelier André Balazs and French starchitect Jean Nouvel.
Mathieu had previously rented the unit from owner Jacques Essebag, known as Arthur – a French TV personality, producer and comedian – and used it as his New York office, as well as entertaining and dining for friends and clients. A place to cook.
