Jennifer Lopez lists her L.A. home for $42.5 million

six months after say “I do” to Ben AffleckJennifer Lopez is saying goodbye to her Bel-Air, California home of six years.

Lopez, 53, bought the extravagant French-style nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom pad in 2016 for $28 million. It is now asking $42.5 million for the sale, its listing brokerage told the Post.

Lopez, who has long been known as a savvy property investor, had already struck a deal at the time of the purchase. The house went up for sale at the time for $40 million.

Rated as a “rare and extraordinary property” moments from the Bel-Air Hotel, the home features a fireplace, high ceilings, a wet bar, and steel windows and doors that open onto stone terraces, the listing notes.

The formal dining room and chef’s kitchen feature a stone fireplace with a built-in breakfast area.

There’s also a family room and a game room with a bar, which open to a terrace overlooking the three-sided infinity-edge pool.

All rooms open onto terraces. The lower level lounge houses a 30-seat screening room.

On the second floor there is an office/study, a massage room and a guest room. The primary suite wing comes with a library and sitting room, a fireplace and dual dressing rooms that open to a spacious terrace.
