Italian fashion designer, blogger and entrepreneur Chiara Ferragniwho has 28.2 million followers on Instagram, contract to sell His West Hollywood bungalow for $2.18 million.
1414 N Spaulding Ave. While a storage barn on the property housed Ferragni’s designer purse collection, which doesn’t come with the home, broker Stefano Zoccatelli of Nest Seekers Beverly Hills negotiated the deal. Zoccatelli says the charming home comes with an open floor plan and “peaceful and zen” grounds. “Despite the cooling market, West Hollywood continues to flourish,” he added.
At 2,160 square feet, the charming 1918 bungalow comes with four bedrooms, three baths, and a two-car garage. The buyers are Andrew and Milena Muradian Green, according to public records.

The Chiara Ferragni Collection – her namesake brand that began with shoes – was a case study at Harvard Business School. In 2015, Ferragni was on the cover of Vogue España – the first fashion blogger to appear on any Vogue cover. Mattel also created a Barbie version of Ferragni dressed in a white T-shirt, black leather jacket, jeans and shoes from the Chiara Ferragni collection. Perhaps the next Bungalow is the Dreamhouse.
Ferragni bought the property in 2017 for $1.97 million. It first hit the market in June for $2.69 million.
The listing broker was Tenny Crawford of Coldwell Banker Realty. Zoccatelli represented the buyers.
